World
Youth Day Experience in Lourdes July
08
As an alternative
to World Youth Day in Sydney, Lourdes
has been nominated the European Centre
for WYD and the diocese will be taking
a youth group to experience these
days of celebration. The trip will
be from 16th – 21st July for
20-35 year olds and will travel as
part of the larger Diocesan Pilgrimage
the cost is £449. there will
be a set program for this group for
the 5 days including live screen link-up
to Sydney, International Youth Masses,
concerts drama and much more.

MISSION
PROGRAMME
Masses:
Monday—Friday, 7.30 am &
10 am;
Evening Service 8 pm each day.
Fr O’Flynn will visit the
two schools and attend the sick also.

An understanding of the Mass.
Deaf Chaplaincy
There will be a Mass
for the profoundly
deaf in the Nazareth House
Chapel on Sunday, 4th May at 3 pm.
Medjugorje
Irish Centre
Located beside St James’s Church,
the Irish Centre is the meeting place
for all Medjugorje’s Irish Pilgrims.
The Centre provides information, laundry,
phone, internet and foot massage services.
Apartment accommodation is available
for as little as €20 per night.
We will arrange airport transfers
from Split or Dubrovnik. For more

Pilgrimage
to Medjugorgje June 7th 2008
- This is a combined tour with 4 nights
in Medjugorje and 3 nights in Gradac
on the Adriatic coast. Flights from
Belfast to Dubrovnik. The cost is

Derry Diocesan Pilgrimage
to Lourdes
The Pilgrimage tales place from 16th-21st
July 2008. Application forms are available
for any young person aged 14-15 year
old who would like a place on the
Pilgrimage. The Pilgrimage is also
looking for qualified nurses to work
as part of the care team. For more
